VIVALDI'S 'FOUR SEASONS: THE OPERA'

This ever-popular piece has been reimagined by Richard Mainwaring as a choral work/opera. It remains true to Vivaldi's original, telling the story of ill-fated lovers who ignore Mother Nature's warnings.

Scored for SATB Choir, 4 soloists and either string orchestra or piano & solo violin, the work has a strong climate change narrative, all set within an 18th century-style libretto.
